On the 23rd of November 2016 the exhibition "Passion for Detail" was officially opened at KOB by Ian Harnett (Executive Director, Human Resources and Global Purchasing at Jaguar Land Rover) in the presence of Mr. Dr. Harald Zender (KOB - Managing Director), Mr. Carsten Wolff (Vice President, Market & Customer) and Mr. Thomas Trapp (Vice President, Quality and Environmental Management).
KOB is the third KOSTAL entity, after KOSTAL Czech Republic (KOCR) and KOSTAL Bulgaria (KOBU) II, which has adopted the Passion for detail program. The joint Quality and HR initiative is aimed at improving our employees’ mindset to quality to ensure we meet our customers' ever-growing expectations as well as increasing the passion for our product, the site and the company.
We were delighted that Mr. Harnett could open our exhibition and were happy to hear him state that the exhibition had given him a number of ideas that he would like to replicate at Jaguar Land Rover.
