KOSTAL had developed the seat together with Adient and Premium Sound Solutions for presentation at the last IAA. In addition to the jointly patented force-guided control of the seat pan adjustment with adaptive collision protection, the seat features as highlights a touch display from KOSTAL integrated into the armrest, an elaborate massage function and a "Sound Cocoon" that envelops the user in a private sphere of sound that is barely perceptible to the surrounding.
The CLEPA Award is once again a nice tribute to the good cooperation between the companies, a recognition to the team and a motivational boost for the future.
