At the beginning of August, 16 young apprentices started their apprenticeships or combined studies and were warmly welcomed to the KOSTAL Group. Our new family members got to know the companies and departments. Moreover, they got insights into the IT hardware and software used at KOSTAL. Various training courses awaited the talents, as did meetings with other apprentices, HR, the works council/the JAV and the management board in person of Andreas Kostal.
This year, two introductory days were held again, during which the new KOSTALianer were able to meet in person. For the purpose of networking, the program included a hike and barbecue as well as workshops at the Phänomenta in Lüdenscheid.
KOSTAL wishes the apprenticeship cohort 2022 a good start and lots of fun and success.
