Last summer, KOSTAL of America (KOA) was nominated to participate in the 2021 Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces competition. Hundreds of companies from around the state participated in an employee engagement survey administered by Energage, an employee research and culture technology firm.
KOA had over an 80% employee response rate and was crowned a Top Workplace solely on employee feedback and Energage’s objective criteria. Survey topics focused on culture, leadership, motivation, communication, engagement, innovation, strategy and general benefits. KOA ranked within the top 50 employers and was featured along with the other Top Workplace business category winners in the Detroit Free Press, a large Michigan media outlet.
